WHY SAPORE?
Definition of SAPORE (FLAVOR in English): "The sensory impression of food or other substance, and is determined primarily by the chemical senses of taste and smell".
What is SAPORE for us? That is what WE ARE!
Is our culture, in our blood. Is our knowledge!
Our restaurant SAPORE wants you to know all this, through the taste of traditional Italian dishes but with the addition of experimentation, enhancement of an ingredient, and a fusion with the World's cuisine..
Our cuisine is a set of small details for a great savor of authentic home Italian cuisine.

Come and start your journey into the flavors of our cuisine.
We start the morning by serving a genuine and healthy breakfast with fresh juices of fruits & vegetables, bread, jams, pancakes, cakes, yogurt, croissants, and more rigorously cooked by us.
Choose from our breakfast menu the one that is perfect for you.
Don't hesitate to stop for lunch or dinner to try what we are famous for fresh homemade pasta (also for vegans), but also second courses revisited and "elaborate" to add taste and pleasure.
We like to use mainly fresh ingredients: fish, vegetables, and fruit, to serve tasty and genuine food.
For this reason, we do not have a set menu, it changes every day according to the fresh local market.
Only some ingredients can be frozen/deep-frozen or long-life because some foods are impossible to find fresh in the Camiguin market.
Every week we offer at least 3 different appetizers, 3 first courses, 3 second courses, desserts, and a special menu (a new recipe cooked and tested previously) to give an extra touch to our home cooking.

We always serve something to put "under your teeth" at the bar, despite the closing time of the kitchen is from 1:00 pm to 6:00pm). Some bruschetta or snacks that never hurts even after "hours" of meals. Try one of our homemade desserts or ice cream made also strictly by us with fresh fruits or with pure Camiguin's cocoa. Try one of the many flavors that we offer and we are sure that you cannot fail to try the others too.
We are always ready to prepare a good espresso or cappuccino, fresh juices of fruits and/or vegetables, smoothies or lassi (yogurt base) and cocktail or to serve a frozen prosecco or good Italian wine.
SPECIAL NEEDS
For those people suffering from pathologies and food allergies (celiac disease, lactose intolerance, etc...) or for those who are vegetarian, vegan, or keto diet by their own free choice, we ask the courtesy to notify us in advance, in order to satisfy any palate.
