• GUEST AGE POLICY: we don't accept guests below 10 years old (our services are geared primarily toward couple or those looking for peace and quiet. The youthful exuberance of the children could disturb our guests during the massages,  yoga sessions, meals, and relaxing time)

• Is not allowed to bring outside the resort our pillows, bed sheets, towels, and all resort's stuff. We'll charge Php 150.00 minimum for the laundry/penalty (each piece)
• For missing stuff (pillow, towels, etc...) will charge Php 600.00 minimum for each piece.
• We ask our guests to observe "quiet time" between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am to ensure a relaxing environment for everyone in the resort.
• Please present a valid ID or passport at check-in. This applies as well to all guests staying in the resort.
• The resort is pleased to extend the use of our pool exclusively to resort guests.
• Is not allowed to smoke inside the bungalows/rooms and massage center.
• Is not allowed to bring food or drinks from outside in the resort.
• Is not allowed to wash the clothes inside the bungalows/rooms.  Please ask us where you can do it.
• We are pets lovers (we have cats and dogs) for this reason, we ask you to think about your reservation in our resort if you are not a lover too. 
• There are no refunds for partial use of the agreed vacation package or for breakfast not consumed.
• No cars are allowed to parking inside the resort 
• 10% Extra charge for ROOM SERVICE

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

• Check-in is until 2:00 pm
• Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability.
• We don't accept guests on check-in after 6:00 pm. Please inform us if your check-in is after this time. Thank you
• Check-out is until 11:00 am
• We charge P. 1,000.00 extra for late check-out (until 4:00 pm. Is subject to availability)
• We charge the full rate for a check-out after 4:00 pm (is subject to availability)
