We ask ourselves many times if we can consider SAPORE a 100% Italian restaurant.
We can, of course!
Because with our menus we always propose the dishes of our culinary tradition (yes! There is more than one menu because it changes every two or three days. We give "life" to a new menu: three new appetizers, first and second courses with the addition of "Specials").
We are always faithful to the classic Carbonara or Amatriciana pasta, but we consider ourselves unconventional because we went even further.
We wanted to put a twist on the dishes that we serve to our customers during the pandemic.
We ask ourselves: "What more can we give and do?"
What can set us apart from other restaurants on the island (Italian and otherwise)?
First, we started working hard to give a quality product and service. Then we continued with experimentation (we started to add local ingredients to our recipes or to replace the Italian ones).
Our (culinary) curiosity went "beyond" and led us to try, learn, understand, and integrate our cuisine with the recipes and spices of some most famous culinary arts in the world (Indian, Thai, Middle East/Egyptian, etc...)
For those who visit us, it is not just a trip to the Philippines or staying and eating in an Italian resort, but something more.
Come and give it a try. We are waiting for you!
